Pellet Mill LM72

This small granulation unit (pellet machine) enables you to make pellets or feed granules from your own material. The unit can be used for the granulation of sawdust, straw, biomass, paper etc, for fuel or for the granulation of feed and fodder mixtures.

Our pellet machine has a very unique design. Its size and features are unparalleled in the market place today. Our pellet mill is an industrial quality machine which produces up to 150 kg of pellets per hour and is designed to run 24/7 if required. Two pellet mills can be easily operated concurrently by one person.

The granulation unit consists of a dosage worm/auger with a closed feeding hopper. Material for granulation is placed into the feeding hopper. The auger brings the material to the feed arm, where the exactly defined amount of material falls down to the mixing chamber.

Working with our pellet mill is unique. The rest of the material is returned back via an overflow system to the feeding hopper, so the material continually circulates through the feed system. The overflow system and the feeding hopper are a closed circuit which reduces dust particles and product waste.

Paper Shredder

Here is a solution for old waste paper
Shred it and use it to form pellets for heating or for other effective usage. We offer a special shredder designed for paper, paper cartons and cardboard, for shredding documents and discarding of old newspapers and magazines.
The shredder not only prepares the paper perfectly for pelletizing, but by shredding old paper documents you can also easily solve the problem of safe disposal of confidential documents. Once pelletized the confidential information is completely unreadable.
Technical details:

During paper shredding processes dust can occur, our shredder is equipped with a dust separator to eliminate this issue. This prevents the pelletizing lines and the pelletizing press from getting clogged with paper dust during the manufacture of the pellets.

Cartons and paper are inserted into the shredder manually. The maximum item width is 600 mm.

The paper must not contain clasps, steel wires, staples, stones, wood, machine parts, metal plates etc.

Straw Bale Breaker

The bale breaker or separator is equipped with a bale feeder. It is designed for shredding and separating straw, hay and similar materials that have been pressed into bales.
Depending on the screens used, the pressed bales are shredded into material suitable for bedding, for pelleting or briquetting. The finished size of the material can be set up and adjusted by using the appropriate changeable screens.
To achieve straw grinding, the bale breaker can be equipped with a cutting/grinder that is sold separately.
